Hi,

I have got email stating “We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time”.

It has been 40 since I applied for EAD. Any idea?

EAD applications are currently taking 5.5+ months to get result.

There is a long waiting time at each of their service centers.

Oops… that is really a long time… I am wondering about the email I received today… Just curious about the reason behind that emial​:grin::grin:

If it’s in California center, looks like they are getting within 40 to 60 days mostly. See the H4 EAD tracker on trackitt website for reference.
