I am living in Melbourne Australia and want to give a POA to my brother living in Lahore Pakistan to sell the car (registered in my name) on my behalf. (in Pakistan, From Jan 13, 2022, there is a need for a Bio-Metric of the seller and buyer to sell or transfer the car (Bio-Metric using E-Sahulat, Which is not available in Australia)
For Attestation of Power of Attorney at Pakistani Consulate in Melbourne Australia do I need to fill any form or just write the content on paper will work?
