Iam a student from Bharath university chennai . Recently I sent my documents to Wess from my university . I got a message from Wess stating that , Wess had sent documents electronically as well as by post to my university . So I contacted my university and asked them to reply to my verification request . After few weeks I was happy to see my university has responded to the request . I saw my status of my account change from on hold to on progress , I was happy for this . However with in few hours I again saw my status reverted back to on hold . I don’t know what to do for this , I tried contacting Wess through mail , but the reply from kept on saying they had sent mail to university and till now they didn’t get any reply . So kindly tell me the issue , what should I do for this
