Recently my GC is approved and planning to travel to INDIA but my H1B NOIR is still pending. Is that OK to travel when NOIR is pending and GC is approved?
Your non-immigrant status will expire once you get LPR status. So no need to even think about the non-immigrant status anymore 
. Just use your GC to enter back to the US after travelling.
