My spouse was on L1B and his COS to H4 was approved in the month of Jan 2021 and is valid until end of July 2021.
We are considering traveling to Mexico City consulate for his H4 extension to minimize his H4 EAD delay. FYI - we have filed for his extension of H4 and H4 EAD with California service center in the month of March 2021 and do not foresee it moving forward.
Do you foresee any risks in traveling to Mexico City for his extension as he does not have an H4 visa stamped from home country(India)?
