H1 transfer question.
Do old and new company resume need to match in terms of responsibilities and years?
Eg: my old company does not include promotion levels/ title changes in h1B filings like extensions since over all content isint changing much.
But ofcourse in order to make the resume attractive to the applied job I made changes as per my promotions
So now should I ensure the old extension resume and my new h1 transfer resume match? For a successful h1B transfer?
