I’m a green card holder residing in the US. My current Indian passport expired in September 2020, and I’d like to get it “re-issued” under the new VFS process. Will I need to submit any special additional documents with my passport application because my passport already expired?
I already looked through this link Renew Indian Passport in USA (VFS Process, Documents) - USA, but still not clear if there’s anything special I need to do if my passport already expired.
