I am working for Employer A.
Recently I got a Job and I joined Employer B, but on the very first day I came to know that the company is not doing well.
So, in two days I joined back my previous employer (employer A) as the petition is not revoked/withdrawn yet.
Employer A is treating as a continuation of my previous job I didn’t notice any re-hire process, So the paycheck is overlapping for a couple of days as the Employer B also executed the paycheck for two days.
Is that ok?
And, What will happen if employer B withdraws the petition? Will it have any impact on an Employer A petition?
