Prior H1B visa annotated "Clearance Received" or "Department Authorization"?

DS 160 - Prior H1B visa annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”?

What is the answer to "Was your prior H1B visa (temporary occupation, temporary worker or trainee) annotated “Clearance Received” or “Department Authorization”? "
while filling DS-160 form for US visa interview.

What is the criteria to identify the existing/prior H1B visa annotated?

I have valid H1B approved petition.

How to find if your prior H1B visa is Annonated

Your visa stamp (foil) in your passport will have the text
