Premium processing which one to include i140, i797

Hi,

I am in my last year of H1B ( i have 7 months left in my H1B). My organization is applying for i140 now (have my perm approved). My spouse’s h4 is approved and yet to travel to USA. And i have travel plans in dec 2022 to India.
My questions is - I have i140, i485, H4 & H4 EAD & i797 (for myself because mine is expiring in another 6 months) lined up. Which one to apply in premium to save money and time ?

You should first file I-140 ( and I-1485 concurrent if your PD is current) in premium processing so that you qualify for AC21 extension if this is your first I-140. Thereafter you can apply H1H in premium along with H4 & H4 EAD.
