My mother and myself are British passport holders.My mother is 91 and had a stroke four year ago while visiting India.
I have managed to bring her back to Uk. She has some properties in India which need urgent attention, probably I will loose the properties, if I do not act quickly. I am the only daughter.
I have a valid registered POA in UK. Unfortunately it is not registered in India. My mother is not in a state to issue a new POA.
How can I protect my mother’s properties in India?
