Hello Sir,
My son is currently studying in Canada Ontario and need to give me POA for availing education loan for him. I am his father residing in India. How do I proceed as I intend to take loan from Bank Of Baroda? Do they provide the POA format? Kindly guide me as I am totally new to these terminologies.
