Missed 15 days CKGS passport application shipping time - Refund?

Shipping of the Passport documents - Missed 15 days time

As mentioned by you and on the CKGS website that shipping of the passport documents through Fedex/UPS is valid for 15 days only from the day the label is generated…what if I am unable to send the documents in that time frame?
What happens in that case.

Your shipping fees is gone and it is NOT refundable.
You will have to buy shipping again.
