L2 to L1 COS pending, I-94 expired, L2 EAD expired

Hello,
L2 to L1 COS was filed before I-94 expiry.
COS decision is still pending after I-94 expired.
The L2 EAD which had the same validity date as I-94 also expired.
Can the L2 still continue to work till COS decision is reached ?

You cannot work without valid L2 EAD or an approved L1.
