I am currently on L1 and it’s maxing out by oct 2021.I got myH1B extension through consular process and got approved in premium from 1st june2021 . should I need to go to India for stamping or any exemption due to COVID situation, or any other country for stamping is ok
I don’t understand why someone would apply for consular processing when you can do COS within the US.
I don’t think there is a set rule for the first time visa stamping for COS to go to their home country but it is always advisable to do so.
Generally speaking renewals of visa in same category are not a problem for TCN applicants.
