Hi,
Currently I’m on a L2 visa expiring in Oct 2023. we are in the middle of a GC (EB2) process with my employer. In the beginning of June we finally received PERM approval and working on submitting I140 , I485 , AP and a new EAD.
we already recaptured all time spend out of the US.
At the moment the priority date is not current so we are not able to submit I485.
Not sure if that matter but we are Israeli citizens.
I’m trying to see what are my options with the above situation.
