Is the A-number on OPT/H4 EAD card and i485 the same ? Will they change in diff documents?

I have opt EAD and H4 EAD, the A-number is the same on both two cards: #USCIS: 1xx-xxx-xxx.
Now I am filing i485, should I use the same A-number? Or should I leave it blank on i485?
Will the A-number change in different documents?
