I94 extension after passport renewal at Laredo TX

Hi, My daughter i94 is expiring in Jan 2019 as per her old passport expiry date. I have renewed her passport and planning to visit Laredo,TX for extending her i94 as to match her H4 visa (Valid till May 2020). My question is to which CBP office I need to visit to get her i94 extended.

Note: My wife and I have i94 valid till 2020.

I see two land port of entry (Convent Ave and San Dario Ave) at Laredo, TX. Which one would you recommend?
