In 2022, I got my H1B visa stamping, because of personal reason I didn’t travel and in 2023, My spouse got H1B stamped along with his visa, I got H4 also stamped.
Below are my queries
- is it possible to make a choice, in which visa I have to enter US?
- If I am entering in H4 Visa now, is it possible to enter US in H1B visa after few months or H1B visa will be voided once I enter US in H4?
