My son i-94 is expiring on feb 2021 as limited to passport expiry whereas visa is till Aug 22. We got the passport renewed now. My question is can i go to Detroit CBP international border to get the I 94 renewed. Also do we need the Canada Visa for crossing the border?
You can go to Canada border without visa for I-94 renewal. Call to USCIS they will guide. One of my friend recently did the same.
