I am currently working on spouse EAD as contract emp to usa local company which is valid till Aug 2022. My employer offered me full time position and ready to start h1 process but the FTE start date is July,2021 and I will miss this year h1b window if I wait for them, so decided to file through a consulting forum and my client is ready to provide me all required documents needed. if all goes well and my h1 gets approved. How early I can accept the FTE offer and apply h1 transfer?
