I have H4EAD. My employer applied for my H1B. I switched to new company in that time and asked the Employer to withdraw my H1B. Before they withdraw, the case was approved. And now the H1B is withdrawn. I am not sure what is my status now. How do I know if my H4EAD is still valid.
If you H1B was filed with a change of status then you might be out of status once your H1B is withdrawn unless you filed change of status from H1B to H4 before your H1B was withdrawn.
You may use H4 EAD only if you are in a valid H4 status.
