Hi,
My h4 EAD expired on 12/31/2023. My current I94 is valid till September 2024. I applied for h4 EAD renewal on July 13 2023
Travelled to India in September 2023 and back on October 8 2023.
I got selected in 2024 lottery and my H1b petition filed on October 12 ,2023 is approved on Feb 5 ,2024 with consular processing.
Now I got RFE in my EAD stating that you have an H1b status with H1B anpproved between Feb 2024 to Sept-2026 and let us know what would you like to do with this EAD .
Can you let me know what document I need to submit for this RFE?
