H1b visa is valid till August 2025, filed h4 after receiving h1b receipt notice but didn’t receive the receipt notice yet.
I539 was delivered on August 20, 2022 by fedex.
The fees is not withdrawn from my account yet. My i94 will expire on August 28,2022.
If they don’t withdraw money from my account before i94 expiry will they deny my case ??
If receipt notice number is not generated before i94 expiry will I be out of status ??
