I wanted to get some advice on how to convert your H4 visa to EB5? Can i take a loan or gift from a friend and show that I am investing and creating employment?
Do i have to show assets against the gift or loan? Please advice.

You can get a gift or loan from anyone but that gift or loan has to be ‘return free’ meaning that you don’t need to return it.
You will have to prove it on paper that the person who is giving the money to you do not expect it back and it is a pure ‘gift’ without any conditions.
