I am the primary applicant and have H1B i797 valid until Oct 25 and GC EAD/AP until May 24 and we both have used AP to enter the US so far. My wife is using GC EAD/AP (NO H4/H4 EAD). We are visiting India on March 1st and will be back on April 7th and we are planning for H1B and H4 VISA stamping (Dropbox) in India as Advanced Paroles are taking time these days. Can my wife apply for H4 VISA stamping and continue work on GC EAD? Will there be any issue in going for VISA stamping for my wife in this case?
