H4 I-94 extension with new employer h1b petition

Hello,
I am on H1b and recently changed employer. My wife has valid h4 visa and ead valid till June 2022. Is she can extend her I-94 by visiting land border on the basis of my new employer h1b petuon which valid till 2025?
Please let me know as we want to get this done ASAP.

Hey Neeraj,

I was able to extend i94 for my wife with my approved h1 i797. She had stamped visa till May 22. We got i94 extended at laredo border.

We are in same situation, Do H1B spouse need to travel with H4 visa holder to get I94 extension?
In my case i do not have visa on my passport but have valid I797 till 2025, and my wife has visa till this Aug. Please suggest and If you don’t mind message me at 240 731 7901, need some more information.

She can travel alone if she has valid visa.
