H4 Extension Receipt

Hi Kalpesh/Anil,
One week back, I applied for an H4 extension for my kids (I-539 & 539 A) and both are minors. Today I have received receipt notice and receipt notice has one tracking number and both names are available in this single receipt.

My question is , Is USCIS generating only one receipt in case of minors extension application ?
