H4 EAD still valid if my spouse didn’t join the employer who has filled it

My spouse got an offer form company A and they filled h1b, h4 and h4 EAD for me. But due to some reason he didn’t join that employer. So will be my EAD still valid?

H4 EAD is independent of any employer. You can use it till it’s expiry as far as the H4 and primary H1B are in a valid status.

Thank you for reply. So will EAD be valid based on current h4 or the new filed h4 by company A and if they don’t revoke it?
