H4 EAD RFE when H4 extension pending

Hi, I have applied for H4 EAD with the H1B / H4 extn receipt notice. My H1B has been approved, but H4 is still pending decision.

RFE is issued for H4 EAD asking to submit the i797 approval for i539.

Please advise if I could submit the H1B approval notice and the H4 receipt copy ?
