My h4 EAD expired on 12/31/2023. My current I94 is valid till September 2024
I applied for h4 EAD renewal on July 13 2023 which is pending with uscis .
Now my spouse company will be applying H1b (premium) and h4 extension in Mar-24.
What should I do for H4 EAd . Should I apply for a new one again with h4 extension.
Which h4 ead renewal will be active . Current pending EAd was filed before EAd expiry but the upcoming ead renewal (along with extension) will be after my ead expiry date based on current status . So will I be eligible for autoextension in2nd application
