This is Raj I have question regarding my H4EAD. My EAD and spouse H1B will expire in sep29 2023. My spouse employer going to file her H1B and dependent H4 only on after Sep 16 2023. They should not file my H4EAD concurrently for renewal. if I wait until sep16 and it take 10 to 15days to get receipt number from USCIS on that time my EAD will get expire. In that case I am not eligible for Automatic extension so please can you give me suggestion when I should apply for EAD?
Can I apply my EAD renewal before h1b renew using previous h1b receipt notice?
