I just followed Instructed steps.

Still no progress on EAD 22days after expedite approval. Is this normal? I called USCIS, same response it’s still under processing window.

Tomorrow 12/20/2019 it will be 30 Days. Still no progress on H4EAD. Expedite request said we should receive in 30 Days. Do they count working / calendar days?

You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 30 days.

11/20/2019 - I-765 Expedite request Approved
12/03/2019 - I-539 “Your Case Was Approved”

That’s strange. You can email or call USCIS to check the status now. It should be 30 calendar days.
