My spouse had received H4 EAD & valid till Jan 2022.
How to file replacement for lost H4 EAD card?
But she lost her EAD. So how we can file for replacement?
Will replacement card get the same validity?
My question is will she get EAD for same duration?
What documents I should provide to USCIS?

H4 EAD i765 form has option for ‘Lost Card’
You have to apply again as you would do for H4 EAD renewal. There is an option on the i765 form to choose ‘replacement of lost card’.

All documents required for H4 EAD renewal are required including a copy of EAD card (if you have it).

The validity depends on the expiry date of primary H1B and H4 visa.
