My spouse H4 EAD is approved till Oct 2024. I am on H1B and moving to different state. My work is complete remote. and employer is filing for H1B amendment. When my H1B amendment is in process, I assume my spouse H4 EAD approval stays intact and she can continue working. Please confirm.
