My change of status from H4 to H1b is approved and I have a valid I-94 till Sep 2023… I had before applied for H4 extension since my H4 was about to expire. Now saying that I did not withdraw H4 petition, if it get denied, what will be my status as I already have approved h1b and I-94 till sep 2023. I can continue staying in US ?
