My H1, H4 & H4 EAD extension filed in December 2020 by company A . H1 approved quickly because of premium processing. H4 & H4 EAD was pending.
I got new job offer, they filed H1, H4 & H4 EAD together in June 2021 by company B. Only H1 approved quickly and joined company in July 2021.
In August 2021 H4 and in Oct 2021 H4-EAD approved filed by company A. My spouse started using the approved EAD for work.
Few days back I saw company B’s H4 is denied and EAD is still pending.
Is there any problem for my spouse because of this denial & using A’s EAD.
