Hi, I have a question - I’m aware H1b PERM filling includes the steps - PWD, Recruitment and ETA 9089 filing. I would like to confirm a scenario - Can we initiate the recruitment stage while PWD is pending.
Example: If the recruitment is initiated during the middle of PWD and if the PWD determination is issued during the recruitment timeline of 2-3 months, can we apply ETA 9089 after that? Please advise. Thank you!
