I have a question. I filed H1b and H4 both in december 2020 since my employer wasn’t sure of H1b success and my I94 was expiring. However I recently got H1 approval and before I could send for withdrawal of H4, today I have got notice for H4 biometrics two weeks later. Can you please suggest what should I do, I want to withdraw H4. One more twist is that I also filed for I485 and its fingerprinting is also at same exact time as H4.
