Hi, Can LCA for the H1B extension be applied in parallel with i140 submission in premium so when the moment i140 is approved, LCA will be ready so that the H1B extension in premium mode can be filled immediately? Kindly advise if this is doable and whether it would be the right approach in order to save time. Thank you in advance!
