Hi Anil, my Spouse H1 got denied but mine and child H4 extensions dependent on it are still showing pending. Spouse H1 was refiled which got approved and my COS from H4 to H1 was also approved. What will happen to the pending H4 applications for myself and child that were based on the spouse 1st H1 petition which got denied? Will it be denied after few months? Can I withdraw it now to avoid any future issues?
Most probably, the pending H4 will also be denied.
