H1 b visa validity

Hi

I was in Texas from April 2016 to April 2021 on L1b visa with employer A. Just before leaving Texas for India my h1b petition from employer B got approved. The validity of approved H1b petition is for 1 more year till 22nd april 2022 as it counted my L1B stay. H1b petition was approved on 6th april 2021 and i left US on 8th april 2021. I continued with employer A in India, never joined employer B.

Now I want to go back to US and i have following 2 questions -

  1. Can i still use my earlier approved H1b petition(validity date is in past now) for different employer than employer B?
  2. if yes, what is the process i have to follow and how long that petition validity would be?
