H1-B Extension Denied, Out of Cap HNSC multiple Application from India

Hi ,

My H1B extension was denied and i had to travel back to India. Now my Company has applied for a HNSC(Out of Cap).I also have an offer with a direct client in USA (Full time opportunity), can the new Org apply for out of cap without the current Out of Cap petition withdrawal.

i am sorry my situation is a bit different. my H1b is out of cap. Can 2 organization file out of cap at the same time?
