My PD is May 2014, eb2 category…My new employer filed perm very recently(Jan 2022). USCIS is allowing date of filing currently for eb2 category…I am worried about this golden chance of filing…am I in a very bad situation? Please help how to proceed further!
Reach out to your employer who filed your I-140 and see if they still have the GC job for you and are ok to file I-485. You may offer to pay I-485 fees.
