Green Card options for L1A manager working in USA

Hi
I’m employed with an MNC and currently on L1A on deputation for a 2 year stint (I’m a Indian citizen). My employer has a policy of NOT applying for green card.

Question: what are my options for applying for a green card?

Note1: I’m a senior manager in filed of data and analytics with 18 years of experience
Note2: I’m a PhD From an Indian central University

Any guidance here would be helpful

You will probably need to file H1B visa and then convert to it.

Almost all H1B employers file employment based green cards.

Thanks Anil. In that case (H1 with new employer) Will I be able to take advantage of my PHD and apply via EB1 (ie less waiting time for green card)?
