I was filling out this form for the visa appointment date and I was unsure of this answer. Does it apply to me as ? I had my H1B visa earlier but it has expired last year. This is for a new H1B application with another employer, is it considered as renewing ? Should below questions be considered yes or no?
Question 1:
The previous visa that is renewing was issued after 20 Dec, 2000.
Question 2:
is in possession of the previous visa that is being renewed.
