A brief of my case is as below,
- I am working for Company A in India.
- I have an H1B sponsor by name company B and the H1B visa got picked in the lottery in Apr-2023 and right now the file is with USCIS.
- I got an offer with Company C in India and Company C wants to apply for a B1 Visa as there is an urgent travel requirement before the H1B process completes.
Will there be any obligation as the H1B and B1 visas for two different travel purposes and requirements are being applied at the same time?
