Check H4 COS application status without receipt number

I’m in the States and I applied for H4 COS on Sep 29, and I don’t receive the receipt number until today (Dec 1).
Is there any option that I can check my case without the receipt number?
I made a call to USCIS and the system needs the receipt number all the time.

You can’t do anything without a valid receipt number.

Thanks, I just got check cashed on Dec 7th, but still I don’t receive the receipt number yet.
