Can I travel india in my H1B Amendment process is still running

I have to travel india in emergency situation but my H1B amendment process is still processing and it’s premium process.can I travel india in this situation

Yes, you can, assuming you have a valid visa to enter back to the US.
Consult your employer’s immigration lawyer for any specific requirements as it applies to your case including the required documents to present to the CBP officer at port of entry.
Also be aware about the traveling requirements like covid test etc and any NIE requirement to travel back based on any travel restrictions at that time.

This is new H1B and my last H1B expired in last December and I have a new H1B and that still valid 2023 but recently I move some other project and last 2 days back my employer send my amendment documents to USICS and I want to travel this Thursday
