My wife is traveling to India for few 1.5 months and we’ve applied for her H4 EAD (in December) and her application is in process. Now, given that, once approved, she requires to be present in the USCIS office for biometrics and an interview, is it advisable that she leaves the country (tentative travel dates: Feb 2019-April 2019)?
We are afraid that what if she leaves and she is asked to visit the office for the same during the same duration?
Since we don’t know what the next procedure is after H4 EAD is approved… Please advise.
Also, per current timelines, when can we expect EAD approval by? Can we get an estimate?
